The KUNSTFONDS_Stipendium program awards 80 scholarships with a total volume of 1,440,000 euros. It is aimed at freelance visual artists, lasts six months and is endowed with 18,000 euros. The scholarship is intended to enable those receiving the grant to work in a concentrated manner on their art and to support them in developing a sustainable basis for future freelance work. With 1,809 applications, this program received the most applications.
